I live in Salt Lake City. Our license plates actually say "Greatest Snow on Earth." Why, why then, does an inch of snow over night mean the only thing on the radio in the morning is reports of accidents and slide offs on the roadways???
Slow down, people. You've lived here long enough to know that under the snow is just enough water to make ice. No where you are going is important enough to die over, and if you run off the road, you're gonna be late anyway... seriously, think this thru... leave 5 minutes early and just let the rest of us get where we need to be, too.
OK, that is my soap box. On a happier note, I am getting my bathroom remodeled next Tuesday! YAY!!!! No more 70s blue tile!!!
